1. validity
The General Terms and Conditions apply to the sale and delivery of goods via the neuland.bio website.
With his order, the buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions. Deviating conditions must be agreed in writing between the buyer and neuland.bio.
2. Contract of Sale
Neuland.bio sells AbHof goods on its website. The offers placed on the internet platform do not represent a binding offer on the part of the buyer. Only when the goods are available and the buyer places an order via the online shop or by e-mail does a binding purchase contract come about between the buyer and us. Neulandb.io reserves the right not to deliver the goods if there is a lack of availability. There is no delivery guarantee. In cases where goods are no longer available, we will contact the customer. Any claims for damages due to late or impossible delivery are not possible. A sales contract is concluded when the buyer has paid for the goods. The customer receives an email with a summary of his order, the purchase contract has already come into existence.
3. Prices
All prices shown on the website include 10% VAT. Delivery costs are listed separately and charged as a flat rate. Errors or mistakes in pricing remain reserved. Neuland.bio can reject ordered goods that can be traced back to an error in the price and withdraw from the sales offer.
4. delivery
Delivery is via a selected service provider. Neuland.bio does not guarantee a specific delivery time. In the event of non-acceptance of ordered goods, neuland.bio is entitled to offset any additional expenses or costs incurred. If we get the goods back from the transport company because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment.
If deliveries can only be made in parts, the customer has no right of withdrawal with regard to the goods that can be delivered, insofar as parts of the service can be performed and can be used by the buyer or if the outstanding goods can be delivered in good time, the customer is not entitled to refuse acceptance.
5. Payment
The goods can be paid for via PayPal, credit card, advance payment or cash payment if you pick them up yourself or via Stripe transfer (please note the special conditions of Stripe. Neuland.bio is the owner of the goods until the purchase price including additional fees has been paid in full. 6. Warranty
Obvious defects in the delivered goods or damage caused by transport must be reported to the responsible transport partner and neuland.bio immediately after delivery, but at the latest within 3 days of receipt. Any liability is limited to the value of the goods ordered. Neuland.bio determines whether a replacement service or a new purchase is made. According to the statutory provisions, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract if the goods are defective. To do this, the customer must send the goods back. After the transfer of risk from the transport partner, no more transport damage can be reported.
7. Customer Data/Data
The data is used to comply with legal regulations, to process the order and for customer care. They will not be passed on to third parties. The customer agrees to the use of his data in the context of fulfilling his order delivery.

8. Withdrawal
Until revoked, neuland.bio is willing to take back the purchased goods within 14 days of the delivery date without giving reasons and against reimbursement of the full purchase price under the conditions. This must be in the original packaging, undamaged and on presentation of the original invoice. Shipping costs cannot be replaced. The customer bears the costs of the return. The return will be made at the price valid at the time of purchase. The contract can be terminated within the period without giving reasons by email or letter.

9. Jurisdiction
The place of performance is the registered office of neuland.bio The place of jurisdiction is agreed to be the Austrian court that is locally and factually responsible for the registered office of neuland.bio.
