Ingredients (approx. 12 pieces)

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. The mixture should be sticky but malleable – if it's too dry, add another spoonful of peanut butter.
  2. Form small balls with your hands (approximately the size of a walnut).
  3. Roll in coconut flakes.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes – then it will be firm enough to eat.

They'll keep for a week in a sealed container in the refrigerator. If they last that long.
