140g peanut butter
100ml maple syrup
30ml oat milk
70g chocolate drops
1 / 2 TL Soda
pinch of salt
110g spelled flour
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees hot air.
Beat soft butter until fluffy.
Stir the maple syrup, oat milk, baking soda, salt, rolled oats and spelled flour into the butter.
Fold in the chocolate drops with a wooden spoon and form balls out of the firm dough. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper with enough space between them and press flat.
Depending on your oven, bake for about 13 minutes.
