Peanut butter + chocolate = this dessert heaven!



250 g peanut butter (reserve 2 tablespoons for the glaze)
30 g coconut flour
50 ml maple syrup
100 g dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil


1. Mix the peanut butter (except for 2 tablespoons) with the coconut flour and maple syrup and knead.

2. Place the ball of dough in a small baking pan and flatten. The bottom should then be about 1 cm thick.

3. Now melt the chocolate with the remaining peanut butter and 1 tbsp coconut oil in a water bath and pour over the peanut base.

4. Now cool the slices and enjoy as soon as the chocolate is hard 🙂
