No oven, no baking time, just 15 minutes of work – and then into the fridge. These bars have a peanut butter and oat base with a layer of dark chocolate on top. It couldn't be easier.

Ingredients (approx. 16 bars, 20×20 cm mold)
peanut butter base
- 200 g oats
- 120 gr Organic creamy peanut butter
- 60 ml honey or maple syrup
- 60 g coconut oil, melted
- a pinch of salt
chocolate layer
- 150g dark chocolate (min. 70% cocoa)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Hacked Organic peanuts
- Sea salt flakes
Preparation
- Line the baking pan with baking paper.
- Heat peanut butter, honey and coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat and stir until smooth.
- Mix in the oats and salt until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the mold – evenly and firmly. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil over a water bath, pour evenly over the base.
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and sea salt flakes.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, then cut into bars.
They will keep for 2 weeks in the refrigerator and up to 3 months in the freezer. It's best to eat them straight from the fridge – then the chocolate will be nice and firm.
