These noodles are always good – they are quick to prepare and simply delicious.


Noodles (ideally udon noodles)
Few leaves of lettuce
4 tablespoons peanut butter
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 piece of fresh ginger
1 / 2 lemon

Meanwhile, mix the peanut butter with the soy sauce. Cut the ginger very small and add it - add a bit of lemon over it and add a little water depending on the desired consistency.
Salad on a plate, noodles on top and the mixed peanut butter sauce simply on top - then mix and enjoy.
