Shredded tofu
Part 1: 2 packets of tofu, 6 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp paprika powder, ½ tbsp cumin, 4 tbsp oil
Part 2: 2 tbsp oil, 1 red onion, ½ tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp paprika powder, ½ tbsp chili powder, pinch of salt, 3 tbsp tomato paste, 1 small can of pineapple, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 5 tbsp soy sauce

Peanut butter sauce
4 tbsp Neuland.bio peanut butter (creamy or crunchy), 1 small piece of ginger, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 4 tbsp soy sauce, water

green sauce
1 handful of fresh parsley, 100 g yoghurt, 1 clove of garlic, ½ tbsp cumin

green salad, cheese of your choice, burger buns

bowl for tofu, baking sheet + baking paper, large pan, grater, blender,
1 bowl of each sauce





Shredded Tofu Part 1: Grate tofu in a bowl and mix with all the ingredients
mix. Then spread out on the baking tray with baking paper & bake in the oven at 200 degrees with top & bottom heat until the tofu is brown and crispy.

sauces: For the peanut butter sauce, chop the ginger and mix with all the ingredients. If the sauce is too thick, thin it with water.

For the green sauce, press the garlic & mix with all the ingredients, finally mix until the sauce is green.

Shredded Tofu Part 2: Just before part 1 is done, slice the red onion and sauté in the oil. As soon as the onion is roasted, dust with cumin, paprika & chili powder & a pinch of salt and let sweat briefly.

Then add the tomato paste & 5 tbsp pineapple juice. Finally, season with lemon juice & soy sauce & add chopped pineapple pieces if you like. Mix with the tofu from the oven & the shredded tofu for the burger is ready.

Other: Wash the lettuce, cut the cheese, briefly put the buns in the oven until they are crispy & why.

Serve everything together and enjoy 😊 Best served with potato wedges.
